About Us

Exterior

Stages of Detailing

The exterior is what the majority of people will see whether you are driving or leaving it on the driveway. It’s not only for looks but for longevity as clean and protected paintwork will last for longer and keep the resale value higher.

Wheels

Stage One

.1

Wheels First are a must. They are the dirtiest part of your car as they contact the road surface and collect all of the brake dust from stopping. We start with your wheels so all the dirt and grime doesn’t contaminate your paintwork and the rest of your car.

Pre-Wash

Stage Two

2

This is before we even touch the snowfoam. This pre-wash is designed to remove bugs and hard-to-remove residue from your vehicle before the main cleaning process to loosen them from the paintwork and avoid damage.

Foam Bath

Stage Three

3

Similar to the previous stage. Snow foam will break down dirt and residue on your paintwork and loosen particles before contact washing to reduce the possibility of creating more swirl marks and increasing the workload later on in the detail.

Contact Wash

Stage Four

4

One of the most vital parts of the detailing process is the hand wash or the “contact wash”. Utilizing a hand mitt and the 2 bucket method ensures all the dirt is disposed of in a separate bucket from the clean one. This stage will remove all the remaining dirt and loose particles from the previous stages.

Decontam

Stage Five

5

Decontamination removes any bonded substances like metal particles and minerals that hand washing cannot remove. it is highly recommended that the paintwork is treated after this step as it can remove previous wax and ceramic coatings.

Drying

Stage Six

6

Drying sounds simple, right? If this step is missed or overlooked you will end up with watermarks on your vehicle which not only looks untidy but also prevents some of the next steps from taking full effect and could cause more issues.

Polishing

Stage Seven

7

The most recognizable part of detailing a vehicle. This stage removes swirl marks, marring, and scratches making the paintwork look shiny and more clear like it was from the showroom. polishing removes a very thin layer of the top coat to level out imperfections that you can see when the vehicle is in direct light.

Coatings

Stage Eight

8

Ceramic Coatings or Waxes? Both have a similar purpose which is to protect all the work of the previous steps and protect your car so it stays cleaner and scratch-free for longer. They are great for repelling dirt and small debris so they wash off with ease and without ruining your paintwork.

Trims

Stage Nine

9

If you have an older car with plastic bumpers or just faded rubber trims this stage will restore them to their former deep black colour and make your vehicle showroom fresh

Finishers

Stage Ten

.10.

What is left for your vehicle? The glass and the tyres. you can’t. We won’t leave without giving you the showroom feel and for that, you’ll need glass that doesn’t exist and tyres that look like they’ve just been fitted. Matte or Gloss, we got it all
